My Year

Class of the week

We won the  class of the week trophy because we were good and respectful by sitting up and ignoring people when they talked to us.  we like it because we get free stuff like a free swim. If we keep showing the 3 R’s we will keep getting the class of the week. if we keep showing  the 3rs. I like winning it because it makes me happy.

My raft

Today i have been learning to use google drawing  and I made a raft, I made it  with circles and flags.

The Jungle and the Zoo

I learnt about animations with google slides.  I had to ctrl c to copy and ctrl v to paste.  I made a copy of the slide and then moved the animal.  I have done one in the jungle and one in the zoo.  The bear and the lion see each other and then run away.  The man at the zoo is running away from the giraffe.  It was hard to make the animation

Then and Now - Kai Poster

I was learning about the olden days and now. The topic was kai/food and I learnt that there has been lots of changes in how we get and cook our food since the olden days.
I found it hard because we did lots of writing. Finding the information was hard too.
I liked it when we made a video about of topic for assembly.

Awa around the World

Today we have used Google Earth to fly to different Awa. and i now the new Zealand rivers are the smallest rivers i guess and in Africa are the biggest rivers to and it's cool 

Winter

Winter looks like snow falling from the sky.

Winter sounds like snowmen falling over and breakin

Winter smells like soup.

Winter feels cold and freezing

Winter tastes like hot chocolate with marshmallow
